Being strong in your field isn't enough for leadership. In the Future Leader Academy you learn proven methods for everyday leadership, so you really arrive in your first leadership role: with a peer group of 20 young leaders,
4 weeks, part-time and on site in Hamburg.

The Future Leader Academy is a 4-week program for young leaders from Hamburg companies who want to shape their first leadership role consciously. We created it together with HSBA because good leadership should be learned early, not only after years on the job. Here you get more than knowledge: a psychologically grounded, HSBA-certified program and a permanent peer group that stays with you in the future.
How well leadership works has a direct impact on motivation, collaboration and development in a company.
